This blog's purpose is to follow me on my journey to a toxin-free and eco-friendly lifestyle, all while staying fabulous. For me, this means thinking about your consumer purchases, as well as what you put on and in your body. It means constantly thinking about the impact your choices and your purchases are making. what some companies put in your make-up!
This is a huge one for me. After finding out the types of toxins and carcinogens found in our everyday big brand make-ups, shampoos, deodorants, etc. I decided to research everything I bought and find natural alternatives to all of my products. Your skin absorbs everything you put on it, so why was I plastering toxins all over myself? I will always share my alternatives as I find them. I'm still discovering new products myself so please share your knowledge with me too!
Purchasing Eco- and Human-Friendly Products
While being
on a budget!
By now everybody knows what 'eco-friendly' means. 'Human-friendly' is a term I use to describe any item or company that supports the people on this Earth. That means no human trafficking, no child labour, no dangerous working conditions, etc. Finding companies that also practice these values very much determines where I spend my money. Purchasing power to the people!
Besides these main themes, you may see a few vegan recipes thrown in along the way...mmm!
